Please read these terms carefully before registering. By creating an account on Mahakavya, you agree to be bound by all the rules and regulations listed below.

Mahakavya is a social networking, fundraising, professional, and rewards network. These terms govern your use of the platform and membership. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the following rules and regulations.

Subscription Fee — Mahakavya offers three flat monthly plans: Basic at ₹100/month, Pro at ₹499/month, and Premium at ₹999/month. All plans are billed monthly with no daily charges.

Referral Requirement — Every subscriber must refer a minimum of 2 people (target: 4 people) to the Mahakavya network to remain eligible for rewards and benefits.

Eligibility for Rewards — Members who successfully refer people to the network become eligible for rewards and fundraising benefits after reaching the specific referral target set by the company.

No Cash Transactions — All financial transactions must be conducted exclusively through the Mahakavya website. No cash transactions are permitted under any circumstances.

Monthly Membership Contribution — Every user is required to maintain their monthly subscription as per their chosen plan. Pro and Premium members enjoy higher binary benefits and faster cycle completions.

Non-Refundable Fees — All monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once paid. Please ensure you understand the commitment before subscribing.

Company Rules — Every subscriber and user must comply with all of Mahakavya's networking rules and regulations at all times. Violation may result in suspension or termination of account.

No Commission for Networking — There is no commission payment offered for networking activities. Rewards and benefits are provided through the platform's fundraising and rewards structure only.

No False Promises — Members must not make false promises or misleading claims to others while inviting them to subscribe. Honest and transparent communication is mandatory.

Benefit Eligibility — Only members who have completed their referral target are eligible to receive benefits from Mahakavya. Incomplete targets will not qualify for rewards.

Future Benefits — After receiving initial benefits, members who continue to follow the company's guidance and networking rules will be eligible for additional benefits in the future.

Agreement by Subscription — By subscribing to the Mahakavya network, you are automatically accepting all the rules, regulations, and terms stated in this document.

Official Application — The official Mahakavya mobile application is currently under development. Until its launch, all notifications and updates will be communicated through this website.

Spreading Misinformation — Spreading fake or false information about the company, its policies, or its network without following the rules is a punishable offence. The company reserves the right to take strict legal or disciplinary action.
